Chatail, a SaaS provider of livestream solutions and services for high-end retail brands, announced that it has secured tens of millions of dollars in its Series B financing round, led by Qiming Venture Partners.

The Series B funding will be used to fully upgrade the customer service system and build up a service team for video and audio livestream operation, customer maintenance, and sales growth. The company will further explore diverse livestream scenarios with customers and improve coordination among different departments, so as to provide more professional services to high-end retail companies when they set up the live streaming department.
