          <section><strong>编者按：</strong><strong>阿芙、河狸家、雕爷牛腩……的创始人、连续创业者孟醒（网名雕爷）日前在其微信公众号接连发布两篇新消费观察，引发读者激烈交锋。作为阿芙和河狸家的投资人，启明创投合伙人黄佩华认为，其所提及的三大巨浪值得关注。</strong></section>

<section><strong>以下是</strong><strong>黄佩华的推荐语：确实很多VC之前不看消费品牌是因为品牌需要时间和耐心培养，但近几年，雕爷提到的三大巨浪催生了品牌成长的过程。长远来看，一个品牌能走多远，还要看公司对品牌背后的价值观的维护。雕爷提到的网红/小B的翻译器角色，加上柔性供应链确实是我们看好的方向，也降低了品牌失败的风险。阿芙、甩甩宝宝等都是我们在消费领域投资的企业，也是这几年在三大巨浪种摸爬滚打的受益者。</strong></section>

<p>我去年下半年比较郁闷……&nbsp;</p>

<p>公开消息大家也都看见，我去年6月和上市公司御泥坊签订了协议，将阿芙十几不到二十亿的样子卖了，价格当时看挺合理。但最终，在各种元素的搅合下，这桩交易被外部因素搞黄啦。&nbsp;</p>

<p>所以在去年底跨年时，我肯定心情不开朗啊。结果你猜今年咋着了？<strong>先说河狸家，终于轮到互联网服务业开始被重视了</strong>——如果你现在打开天猫购买欧莱雅眼霜什么的，你会发现有一个商家赠送的选项，上门护理的服务，由欧莱雅掏钱帮你做售后服务！你猜这个服务者是谁？当然是河狸家，嘿嘿。<strong>目前十几个大牌开始启用河狸家提供的售后服务了，且持续签约更多品牌中。</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>而半年多之前士气一落千丈的阿芙，目前销售额和去年同期相比，上涨了300%以上，像今年六月份单月已经过了2亿销售额，而且还是线上线下双双在涨</strong>，大家都知道线下的生意多难啊，可阿芙最近纯线下的专柜生意年同比都涨了65%……别忘了现在这两个月是化妆品淡季呢。可惜的是，雕爷牛腩我是上半年真卖给了一家餐饮管理公司……餐饮这块我没有可吹的牛了。&nbsp;</p>

<p>现在敲黑板重点来了：阿芙真的涨得很牛吗？&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>还有十几个以上的化妆品品牌，销售额也许还没到十亿，但上涨的速度，已经无法用传统品牌建设的框架来理解了</strong>。&nbsp;</p>

<p>前不久还发生个事，令我身边很多朋友接近崩溃——家乐福，曾经的中国超市之王，毫无疑问是中国零售业的黄埔军校，卖身时估值只有四十几个亿，而最近“喜茶”正在融资，估值到了九十亿……还有没有天理？还有没有王法？！<strong>家乐</strong><strong>福那可是两百多家几千上万平米的超级大卖场啊，而喜茶是不到两百个卖茶的十几平米摊位……但喜茶的估值是两个家乐福？！</strong></p>

<p>你知不知道，现在连雪糕，都有了网红品牌，钟薛高，这啥名字？可你去天猫看看销量，你就不想笑了。<strong>我赌很多传统生意做了十年二十年的人，想哭。</strong><strong>因为，彻底看不懂现在的品牌逻辑了。</strong></p>

<p>我上个月在高管开会时，问了大家一个问题：“你们说说看，这次的机遇，是几年一遇的？”有人说五年，有人说八年，只有一个产品开发的女同事说，“我觉得是三十年一遇。” 我立即赞同，我说，<strong>“没错，我也觉得这次机遇，是三十年一遇。</strong><strong>和这次比起来，我2009年抓住阿芙上淘宝开店的机遇那次，只是十米大浪，而这次，是百米滔天巨浪！</strong><strong>”</strong></p>

<p>现在，无数传统消费品牌，看待那些“新锐、网红”疯涨品牌时，差不多也是一副茫然表情，完全看不懂其运作原理，但见鬼的是，年轻消费者就跟疯了似的追捧。<strong>总结下来，这次“新消费品”的滔天巨浪背后，是三个大浪的叠加。</strong></p>

<p><strong>首先是“新媒体”，这是显著的第一大浪</strong>。从去年开始，快手和抖音这两个短视频王者，已经统治了三亿以上年轻人的生活，罗振宇曾反复提及，一切的争夺归根结底是用户时间的争夺，当这几亿最具消费力和话语权的年轻人，每天几个小时消耗在短视频和直播时，你告诉我什么是“消费者沟通”？！另外的时间，他们在刷朋友圈，或者购物前小红书种草……如果你的广告投放，无法真正切入这几个领域，别废话，你肯定已经“边缘化”了。</p>

<p><strong>然后是第二浪，“新渠道”。</strong>天猫京东唯品会，那已经是“古典电商”啦（让我哭一会）。新崛起的像云集，那都是朋友圈卖货啊。拼多多，到现在我也不知道该怎么介入进去，可我就知道，那里新冒出几亿消费者，而我置身事外简直是哭笑不得……小红书也是屡创奇迹之地，玩的转吗？而且无数细分赛道，都各自上演着奇葩又令人惊叹之事，例如，“毒”上卖鞋，今年应该过百亿销售额了……啥？你还没去逛逛买双椰子？你太落伍了。而且有些渠道和媒体打通了，例如抖音带货，现在已经蔚然成风，你只是看看时，它就是媒体，当你刷着刷着，加了购物车，那它秒变渠道。</p>

<p><strong>第三浪则更狠，就是“新产品”。</strong>“完美日记”，阿芙CEO老杨有一次买来一支他家的口红给我看，我认为值二三百，结果被告知只卖60元，而代工厂给出的信息是，成本大约30元——要知道，传统化妆品的加价率大约在十倍，也就是说，他家真的是把传统该卖300的口红，用2倍的加价率来卖，还动不动再来个“第二支半价”，咦？这不是小米的打法吗？小米过处，寸草不生，为啥？极致性价比。</p>

<p><strong>最终应了大卫·奥格威那句话，“消费者不是别人，他是你的妻儿。”也就是说，消费者不傻，你真拿出货真价实、极致性价比的东西，他们真买单。</strong></p>

<p>但这种疯了一样的“自杀式”超低加价率，又必须有前两者的配合，在新媒体和新渠道方面，也许是网红属性，也许是渠道新颖，能大省特省，然后把省下来的钱补贴给了消费者，从而又潮还又便宜，东西还实在是挺好……对传统品牌的碾压，隆重开始。</p>

<p><strong>差点忘记说，在这三大巨浪之外，还有一个“完美天气”的配合，就是消费升级真的是存在的</strong>。&nbsp;</p>

<p>这次不同在于，新消费品的到来，则是中国人的消费和欧美日某种程度“分道扬镳”了。没办法，中国在互联网领域，扎扎实实是局部领先，无论是抖音快手这种小视频，还是移动支付手段，至少也是中国与美国各玩各的，再没法用“美国早两年的东西将是中国明天”那种论调可以解决。争气的是，中国供应链，这20年来确实是从落后，被欧美日调教，到今天集群效应产生，至少在消费品生产的反应速度上，中国说自己第二，不知道谁敢说第一？（我没说最佳品质哈，我指的是反应速度和综合性价比。）&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>最后，我抛出我的核心观点：在“新媒体、新渠道、新产品”这三股滔天巨浪的加持下，配合中国新一代消费升级的完美天气，最终我们会得到一个叫“新品牌”的东西。从产品定义，到供应链，到传播，到服务，每一个环节，都和以前教科书上说的消费品生产都不一样</strong>——如果你现在在大学里或MBA读这方面课程，相信我，赶紧退学算了！真的变天了。不光变天，土壤全变，你说结出的果实，还和以前一样不一样？&nbsp;</p>

<section>小米开了个“极致性价比”的头，然后国内群雄纷纷吸收其营养，华为，OPPO，Vivo们一鼓作气，打成一团……结果打了几年回头一看，三星把中国最后一家手机生产厂关啦！没办法啊，国产手机们，三千的品质，就是能和三星五六千的手机抗衡，而且细节处还更贴心十倍，三星怎能不兵败神州？然后，华为在全世界撵着三星殴打虐待，小米OPPO在东南亚横扫千军……<strong>手机领域出现的一些奇迹，在中国消费品市场，正重新上演。</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></section>
