<p>编者按：本文为启明创投创始主管合伙人邝子平日前在苏州工业园区上市苗圃培训计划活动上的演讲实录，有编辑与删节。“苗圃计划”的学员来自的企业，既有符合园区重点产业规划的基础型企业，也有蓄势待发、符合上市标准的拟上市企业；既有销售收入过亿的行业翘楚，也有企业估值10亿美元以上的未来“独角兽”。</p>

<p>在过去20年的投资生涯里，我碰到过很多不同类型的企业家，他们是怎样驾驭自己的企业的？他们有哪些成功要素？今天希望通过我的讲述，给大家带去一些启发。</p>

<p><strong>01/</strong><strong>企业家的成功要素</strong></p>

<p>企业家的成功要素有哪些？</p>

<p>过去这些年，有很多人问过我：“企业家的成功要素有哪些？”我自己也思考过这个问题。</p>

<p>后来终于想明白：企业家的背景、强项不同，所在的行业不同，成长的路径不同，根本就没有一个笼统的说法，能说清楚成功的企业家“长什么样”。</p>

<p>但要想成功的话，企业家会有一些<strong>“必备”的共性</strong>，这是能够描述出来的。</p>

<p>包括你一定要<strong>热爱</strong>自己所做的事情，<strong>有激情</strong>，<strong>有想法</strong>，<strong>有理想</strong>，把生命投入到事业中去；<strong>诚实和有价值观</strong>；<strong>善待你的团队</strong>；<strong>勤勉</strong>。</p>

<p>这些都是成功企业家必须有的共性，这些共性在不同的场景表现出来的重要性不尽相同，有的场景下需要特别放大。</p>

<p>比如“有理想、有激情”，顺势而为的时候很难彰显出这一特性，一旦企业家遭遇逆境、难做决断时，“回到初心”，这一特性会帮助企业家越过难关。</p>

<p>另外，有价值观，有总比没有好，当企业家纠结于该做什么不该做什么的时候，普适的价值观往往能帮助企业家做出正确的判断。</p>

<p><strong>02/企业家的类型</strong></p>

<p>如果将企业家的类型进行细分，这个话题就变得有意义了。</p>

<p>从1999年开始做投资起，我遇到过林林总总的企业家，总结而言，有几种类型：<strong>全能型企业家、技术产品型企业家和商业领袖型企业家。</strong></p>

<p><strong>全能型企业家</strong></p>

<p>全能型企业家对自己所创立的事业、企业所属的业务有比较深刻的了解。</p>

<p>你之所以创立这家企业，是因为你<strong>对这个行当很了解，</strong>你觉得这里有好的创业机会，而且你在创立这番事业之前，在行当里面也有一定的<strong>行业背景和人脉</strong><strong>，</strong>对<strong>具体的产品</strong>是有研究、想法和要求的。</p>

<p><strong>全能型企业家能实现自己的商业目的，通过选择不同的商业模式进行变现。</strong></p>

<p>对内，你是员工的精神领袖，大家都认可你，能跟着你成就一番事业；对外，你是“长袖善舞”的，既能跟投资人打交道，也能跟政府合作。</p>

<p><strong>技术型企业家</strong></p>

<p>技术型企业家对行业必须要了解，这是个迈向成功的重要立足点，否则你做不出好的产品。</p>

<p><strong>既然你是技术型的，你的技术实力就要够硬！</strong>只有技术实力强，你在公司内部，在员工面前的威望才会高。</p>

<p>面对产品你要能解决痛点，无论你是做哪一行，新药、环保、芯片等，都需要对产品有很具体的、清晰的认识。但在商务方面，你可能比较弱，需要找一个能够补位的“专家”。人总是需要一个学习（其他方面）的过程。</p>

<p><strong>商业领袖型企业家</strong></p>

<p>商业领袖型企业家对市场很了解，很清楚市场机会到底在哪里。这类企业家看中一个市场后，虽然自己未必能把产品做出来，但肯定能找到能人去做好。</p>

<p><strong>商业领袖型企业家的商业嗅觉很灵敏，能清晰地知道机会在哪里，并且善于捕捉机会。</strong></p>

<p>你有两个特点，<strong>其一是非常善于组织资源、调动资源；其二是善于解决问题：</strong>对于企业而言，所有的难题，不过是一个解决难题的问题。</p>

<p><strong>03/</strong><strong>不同类型企业家的优劣势</strong></p>

<p>这三类不同的企业家，都有各自不同的优劣势。</p>

<p><strong>全能型企业家</strong></p>

<p>全能型的企业家，很难有“平等”的创业合伙人。</p>

<p>因为在创业的过程中，他比其他人更有能力，几乎能干所有的事情，所以他就很难找到两三个适合的合作伙伴，不是找不到，而是做不到“平等”。</p>

<p>如果你是全能型的企业家，<strong>在创业时你要快速学会不同方向的东西，如果哪一个重要板块临时有问题，你得有本事去解决。</strong></p>

<p>好的例子是雷军，他是全能型的企业家， IT出身，商业眼光很好，在做小米之前自己也做投资，也看了很多项目，对内能够团结员工，对外也“长袖善舞”。</p>

<p>当然坏的例子也有，我讲过<strong>全能型企业家可能会缺少创业伙伴的帮助。</strong></p>

<p>我曾经认识一位全能型的企业家，对网络未来的发展很有想法，商业头脑很清晰，带着企业走得比较成功。</p>

<p>但是因为他没有一个好的创业伙伴，到企业发展的后期，没有人提醒他：他的技术已经落后了，需要做一些其他的事情。</p>

<p>结果后来他所领导的公司虽然上市了，但市值并不高。</p>

<p>还有一点，全能型的企业家往往“私心”很大，因为他觉得自己懂技术，而且“大单”是他找来的，投资也是他联系的……</p>

<p>慢慢地，利益都集中在自己的头上，他就觉得这个企业都是他的，所以“多拿一点还是少拿一点”，跟别人一点关系都没有，这是很危险的。</p>

<p><strong>技术型企业家</strong></p>

<p>技术型的企业家<strong>非常需要找一个懂商务的合作伙伴。</strong></p>

<p>很多技术出道的创始人，都问我能不能帮他介绍一个销售副总。为什么？因为销售副总确实是在管商务，但是商务不单单是销售这么简单，很多杂七杂八的事情都属于商务管理的范畴。</p>

<p>我们看到，一些技术出身的创始人，很多基本问题都搞不懂，比如股权激励到底该怎么做？有人要离职，到底该不该让他带走一部分股份？不让他带走的根据是什么？带走有什么坏处？</p>

<p><strong>商业领袖型企业家</strong></p>

<p>商业领袖型的企业家会觉得自己在很多方向都有机会，但每个方向往往又都是“灰蒙蒙”的，看不太清楚。</p>

<p>这要怎么办呢？我觉得很重要的一点，<strong>就是要找到自己真心相信的方向。</strong></p>

<p>还有一点，就是<strong>尊重科学，不是所有东西都可以用钱解决。</strong>商业领袖型企业家最大的可能就是“凡是钱能解决的问题，我就用钱解决”，这是不行的，得相信科学。</p>

<p>此外，商业领袖型企业家往往会犯的一个错误，就是对产品的要求不够高，往往都是做技术的一直在“钻牛角尖”。</p>

<p>我会提醒这类企业家，<strong>如果你能够做得更精一些，更完美一些，对你的企业会更好。</strong></p>

<p><strong>04/</strong><strong>总结</strong></p>

<p>其实不管是哪种类型的企业家，<strong>只要你有胸怀，知道自己的强项和短板，找到好的创业伙伴，</strong>我相信你都能够成功！</p>

<p>并不是每个人都是全能型的，你要很清晰自己善于做什么，需要哪些方面有互补，在互补的方面需要找哪些伙伴。</p>

<p>我相信在企业未来成长的过程中，大家都会处理好这些问题。</p>
