<p class="rtejustify"><span style="color:#7f8c8d;"><span style="font-size:16px;">日前，52TOYS创始人兼CEO陈威在接受现代广告杂志社专访时，分析了现阶段盲盒“退烧”的原因，介绍了避免品牌同质化的关键点，以及出海过程中提升竞争力的策略等。启明创投微信公众号经授权转载。</span></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">2000年的陈威在北京鼓楼开设了第一家专门面向年轻人的玩具店，那时手办模型是小众消费。<strong>2014年，线下零售业遭冲击，陈威将目光转向了包含盲盒、手办、机甲变形等更多收藏玩具相关产品，成立了52TOYS。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">近年来，玩具市场中质疑与追捧的声音持平，潮流玩具也渐渐进入大众视野。潮流玩具火爆的这几年里，越来越多年轻人积极涌入，融资消息满天飞，一个个品牌玩家手握免费券入场。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">第三方数据显示，全国范围内潮流玩具相关企业超3千家，其中2020年我国潮流玩具企业新增572家。从融资侧看，近年来超20个潮流玩具项目收获融资，其中就包含52TOYS等企业，2020年至今，融资事件达11起，总披露金额超11.5亿元。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">机构数据显示，无论是潮流玩具市场的规模还是空间，都在“爬梯”，并且未来可期。而<strong>在多重可观数据的论证下，这个承载着用户热情的潮流玩具市场无疑正在被打通。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">但与此同时，市场的B面也逐渐显现。<strong>从盲盒窗口眺望市场，品牌玩家希望成为下一个佼佼者，但在运营过程中发现一个品类中很难有两个出圈者，而在这期间盲盒乱象丛生，品牌又纷纷陷入迷惘开始找寻下一个窗口。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><strong><span style="font-size:18px;">01/<br />
盲盒“退烧”</span></strong></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">“看到红利谁都想分一杯羹，并不是所有品牌都适合做盲盒。并且在炒作下，有一个趋势是越来越多用户对于这种形式脱敏。”潮流玩具行业专家西子提到。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">对于很多品牌玩家来说，盲盒是一种绝佳形式。<strong>一方面，依托用户对于“惊喜”的需求，品牌用盲盒提升关注；另一方面，盲盒也成为了品牌去库存的好方式。</strong>但事实上，部分国内品牌玩家们在努力做盲盒，甚至只做这一件事。<strong>被忽视的供应链体系化管理、良莠不齐的产品质量、较高的用户心理落差，都在腐蚀这种产品形式。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">陈威提到，现在行业中有一个问题在于很多非本行业或不懂这个行业的企业或人涌入到行业中，而后又很快跳脱出去。“其实盲盒本身的门槛不低，盲盒也需要很好的创意、产品、传播与足够成熟的渠道去拓展，并不是有形式就够了。”</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">另外，<strong>从消费者的角度看，当拆盲盒后的失望大于猎奇，兴奋点便被浇了冷水，其中一个方面来自二手交易。</strong>数据显示2020年闲鱼上有超44万盲盒玩家进行交易，其中的变质情况却是无法言说。一个58元的产品，在闲鱼等二手平台上曾被炒至350元甚至更贵，一些用户表示尽管自己喜爱产品，却越来越喜欢不起了。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">消费者们是理智的。盲盒只是一种设定好的购买方式，国内市场中盲盒形式历经多年，<strong>今天消费者们更看重的是盲盒中的内容，而不再是盲盒本身。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">但盲盒这一品类本身没有对错。<strong>“没有不好的品类，只有不好的设计。”陈威提到</strong>，盲盒其实是一个入门级品类，是一种销售模式，适合持续收藏，并持续带给自己乐趣。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><strong><span style="font-size:18px;">02/<br />
“另类”的产品</span></strong></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">其实盲盒也好、扭蛋也好，手办、雕像、拼装模型也好，这些本来都是市场品类多元化的体现。获取一个好的品类意味着品牌或许能因此得到先发优势，比如<strong>52TOYS持续拓展多层次、更大范围的收藏玩具，有包含盲盒、机甲变形、可动人偶、静态人偶、设计师/艺术家玩具在内的五条产品线。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">而在这些优势的基础上，更难的在于产品创新。</span></strong></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">今天的年轻人拥有自己的审美，喜欢有创意、有较好指向以及创造力的产品。“从前我们常说货比三家，现在货比三十家都不止，<strong>如果品牌产品的创造力不够、质量不够，很难建立长效的品牌忠诚度。</strong>”陈威指出，品牌需要跟别人与众不同，不断去拓展新的创意点，才能保持竞争力。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">潮流玩具市场本身同质化现象严重，很多时候参加一个潮流玩具展，两个小时逛完却发现没有一个留下深刻印象。<strong>而品牌拒绝同质化、体现差异化的关键点在于持续性的产品创新。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">事实上，此前社科院发布的《2021中国潮流玩具市场发展报告》（下称“报告”）中也印证了这一点。<strong>《报告》显示，与传统消费领域的消费点有所不同，品牌个性和产品创新性是潮流玩具盲盒消费者的主要关注点。</strong>另外，据国金证券数据显示，潮流玩具盲盒的热度往往与新系列发售直接相关，稳定地持续输出新系列、给予消费者者新鲜感刺激，能够维持热度。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">但一款产品从设计到上市要经历6个月至1年的周期，如何确保半年后上市的产品依旧创意新鲜？</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>陈威表示，要走在用户前面。提前洞察用户是一个课题，要随时去洞察市场</strong>，除了要满足用户现在的爱好，还得想到未来的市场应该怎么做教育？未来大家应该怎么玩？<strong>不能跟随消费者，而是要带领消费者。</strong>落到供应链生产、存储、销售等环节，则通过数字化手段提升生产效率、库存周转率等。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><strong><span style="font-size:18px;">03/<br />
渠道拓圈、文化破圈</span></strong></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>如果说品牌护城河的搭建底层是产品，那么顶部便是品牌价值与文化，这往往是玩具背后承载的IP文化，与用户的喜好息息相关。</strong>包含历史、影视、文化、旅游、美食等都是玩具开发的灵感之一，这背后有很多好玩的事。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">日本、美国等多个国家在这个行业中发展多年，比如米老鼠形象诞生近一百年，机器猫已经六十多岁了。很多时候我们收藏的不只是玩具，还包含玩具带给用户的多元、立体的情绪价值，可以是快乐、陪伴、情怀或者回忆，这是一种丰富的情感。&nbsp;</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">潮流玩具也应该如此，很多人提到潮流玩具是没有故事的。但事实上，<strong>每一个产品的背后都涵盖着关于这个产品的复杂背景，这样的背景或许需要一个纪录片才能够剖析精准，这是产品与用户之间的链接。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">而在用户群上，无论是新入场的潮流玩具品牌，还是像52TOYS这样的收藏玩具品牌，也都在不断拓展。以盲盒品类为例，由于盲盒体积等限制，很多产品天然被定义为可爱，因此很多产品的消费者多为女性。潮流玩具精品店中，很多男性是作为陪同的角色进入，非自发主动。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">这样的洞察也被包含西子在内的行业专家认可。“这是一种破圈、拓展人群的洞察。”西子提到，<strong>对于那些相对成熟的品牌来说，更重要的在于拓展渠道。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">潮流玩具的底层逻辑在于IP渠道的拓展与供应链体系的优化。背靠供应链等维度的完善，很多品牌加紧进行了线上与线下的打通。<strong>2021年52TOYS开设了品牌直营店，据陈威透露，到今年年底或将开设三十家直营店，线上线下也将与会员体系连接。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">另外，<strong>包含52TOYS等在内的品牌也在2022年强化了出海计划。但陈威坦言，包含52TOYS在内的潮流玩具品牌出海其实依旧处于探索阶段</strong>，加上疫情影响，目前存在一定程度的搁置。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">实际上，潮流玩具品牌出海并不简单。每一个国家的消费人群对于品类、题材、IP、产品的价格与类型等方面的偏好都有所不同。而很多时候在出海的过程中，产品经销以及消费者攻克层面都存在一定偏差。另外，诸如迪士尼等IP授权时会规定制定区域，这也意味着国内外两个市场的差异。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>以盲盒形式深入欧美市场，以供应链等方式扎根东南亚市场</strong>，但具体到类似日本这种IP相对成熟的市场来说，又该如何提升竞争力？</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>做好本地化，主打差异化。</strong>陈威以去年52TOYS在日本东京举办的快闪活动举例，“去年我们在东京办了一场快闪，排队的人排出了两三个街区，一个原因在于日本市场上对于小可爱的题材和风格习以为常，反而像我们这种box可以变形的产品更新鲜有惊喜。”他说道，未来会做更深入的洞察。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">距离陈威初次在玩具市场崭露头角已经二十余年，行业持续变化，但整体向上。在他看来，<strong>目前国内潮流玩具市场依旧处于初级阶段，未来行业深化会继续，淘汰也会加速。</strong></span></p>
