<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">“新冠肺炎疫情给公司带来了诸多困难，一方面是原材料采购、运输等环节遇到阻滞，另一方面客户出行不便，订单量比往期下降了30%。”刘明是清远市一家数码印花设备厂商的负责人，没有办法在线下拓客，他开始“试水”通过数字销售工具拓客，2021年逆势实现了约8000万元营业额。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">这仅是企业加快数字化转型的一个缩影。疫情当下，企业更加积极拥抱数字化转型，加之互联网正从增量时代进入存量时代，<strong>数字化、智能化正在赋能各个行业与领域，成为未来潜在的破局者。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>2021年，探迹科技入选了广州“独角兽”创新企业榜单和胡润百富“全球独角兽”榜单。</strong>如何适应智能销售产品的本土化特点？如何助力中小企业进行数字化转型？日前，南方财经全媒体记者与黄俊强进行了一次深入交流。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><strong><span style="font-size:18px;">01/<br />
瞄准千亿级智能销售市场</span></strong></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>南方财经：</strong>探迹科技最开始是如何发现智能销售这一市场的？</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>黄俊强：</strong>2016年，我们发现很多做C端产品的客户，已经能够通过市面上主流的广告平台和流量获取比较优质的销售线索，但<strong>对面向B端客户的企业而言，他们的广告投放往往很难做到精准。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">例如，企业如果想针对广州的注册资本在500万元以上、做进出口贸易的企业CEO或销售总监精准投放广告，这很难做到。我们身边有很多做B端业务的朋友，他们非常苦恼如何获客以及提升销售效率，只能依靠搜索引擎或企业名录盲目拓展，效率非常低。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">当时我们就想，<strong>如果能有一款将网上这些分散、杂乱的信息做提炼和规整的工具就好了，而大数据和人工智能技术便能很好地解决这一问题。</strong>于是，我们尝试打造了一个面向销售的线索搜索引擎，<strong>把全网关于企业的公开数据实时抓取和打标，提炼出最有价值的数据和信息给到企业销售，</strong>极大地提升了企业从中挖掘精准潜在客户的效率。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>南方财经：</strong>目前全国智能销售的市场容量如何？</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>黄俊强：</strong>我们之前做过测算，这一市场的潜在目标客户群——有数字化转型诉求的To B类企业数量超千万，因此<strong>对应的智能销售市场规模也达到千亿级规模。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">目前，探迹科技所占的市场份额还比较小，我们只做了1万余家客户，<strong>因此发展潜力是非常大的。在目前的智能销售赛道中，无论是公司体量还是客群规模，再到产品的完善度，探迹科技都处于行业领先地位。</strong>未来我们希望能够继续提升产品质量以及服务能力，从而覆盖更多客户，为客户带去更好的体验。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>南方财经：</strong>探迹科技在产品研发上攻克了哪些难点？</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>黄俊强：</strong>回看探迹科技创业6年，整个过程其实非常不容易。我们最初打算构建一个中国最全的企业知识图谱，这需要解决大量的数据问题，比如提升知识图谱的准确度，并实现数据库和知识图谱之间的实时更新。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">有了这些数据之后，我们需要把数据放在对应的业务场景中，才能帮助企业解决在实际业务中遇到的问题，打造一些方便的产品和工具。简而言之，<strong>数据产品化需要破解海量数据的处理问题，也要突破服务器性能的局限。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>如何利用AI技术解决销售过程中遇到的问题，也是探迹科技需要攻克的难点。</strong>比如，如何基于少量的样本对成交客户进行画像，从而生成精准的客户推荐；如何挖掘销售人员的语料库，从而对销售过程进行赋能，这都需要AI技术的帮助。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">随着产品的发展和升级，我们对接的企业规模也不断扩大，面临的业务场景也更加复杂，因此<strong>我们也在攻坚低代码技术以及行业化的能力，通过少量代码或不用代码实现数字化转型中的场景应用创新，</strong>让我们能够更加高效地深入面向某个行业或者某个业务流，深入到数字化的“毛细血管”，为他们提供特殊化、定制化的服务。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><strong><span style="font-size:18px;">02/<br />
赋能中小企业数字化转型</span></strong></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>南方财经：</strong>与国外同类产品相比，中国客户对智能销售产品的需求呈现哪些特点？</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>黄俊强：中国的基础国情、信息化水平以及To B企业的诉求与国外都存在差异。</strong>例如，北美的信息化基建比较成熟，能通过大量的广告投放来获取海量的销售线索，智能销售公司能够针对To B企业存量的销售线索进行评分、排序和优化。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">但对中国的绝大部分中小To B类企业而言，他们本身不会有大量的销售线索，他们关注的核心是如何获取客户，而不是管理、优化自己的客户。因此，<strong>探迹科技首先需要帮助企业解决企业的获客和发展问题，再去解决客户触达和管理问题，这是一个自上而下的过程。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>南方财经：</strong>当前，销售类企业对于进行数字化转型的意愿如何？</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>黄俊强：</strong>现在很多企业已经意识到数字化带来的红利，尤其是在疫情的影响下，很多中小企业的销售方式受到冲击，因此他们更愿意尝试新的方法摆脱当下的困境。疫情让更多企业主动做出改变，以更加开放的态度接受新事物。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">企业进行数字化转型，本质上是为了提升业务水平。所以<strong>我们在帮助企业实现数字化转型的过程中，首先考虑的是如何在业务前侧，包括销售体系、获客体系等方面实现数字化，当数字化模式在业务前线投入使用之后，再逐步推动后端生产的数字化。</strong>这是一个逐步发展的过程，而不是一蹴而就的。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">疫情期间，许多中小企业原来的作业方式遇到了问题，他们亟需通过数字化手段提升前侧获客的稳定性，进一步拓客，而这正是探迹科技可以帮助他们的地方，<strong>通过一个小成本的尝试来探索新兴的技术和服务，在现阶段是非常经济划算的做法。去年，探迹科技举行了“共同富裕·亿元补贴”活动，今年我们也希望进一步推出补贴措施，帮助中国的中小型To B企业实现前端的数字化转型，</strong>助力他们走得更稳更远。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>南方财经：</strong>探迹科技如何赋能企业？针对不同地区的企业有何特殊性？</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>黄俊强：</strong>探迹科技正在全国进行稳健布局，例如在北京、杭州、广州等地都设有研发团队，同时也会与阿里钉钉等企业进行协同合作。目前，<strong>公司合作的客户涉及制造业、互联网等多个领域，以To B端的中小型企业为主。</strong></span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">原来佛山很多制造业客户，销售方式主要依赖销售人员到目标城市进行地推式销售，探迹科技帮助这些企业实现了数字化转型，通过人工智能技术远程精准开发客户，避免了空跑、提高了触达率。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;">在服务客户的过程中，我们也发现，<strong>不同城市也呈现出不同的地域特点。</strong>比如，深圳有很好的国际物流客群，佛山则有大量制造业客群，不同的城市拥有不同的产业集群，这些不同的客群也会有各自独特的属性。每当接触到新的客群时，企业所给予我们的反馈能够帮助探迹科技不断完善产品，增加产品在不同行业的适配性。</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>南方财经：</strong>广州提出探索建立公共数据开放清单和动态调整机制，这些政策可以为探迹科技带来哪些机遇？</span></p>

<p class="rtejustify"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>黄俊强：</strong>我觉得这些政策是非常好的，<strong>政府给予方向上的引导，能够为行业发展营造更加良好的环境。</strong>同时，<strong>政府探索公共数据共享，也能够为我们的数据挖掘提供更多资源，</strong>比如在进行数据交叉分析的时候，这个效果是1+1&gt;2的，能够让数据产生更大的价值。此外，<strong>政府的政策引导，也能让更多的目标客户群清楚地认识到，拥抱数字化转型的产品和服务是大势所趋。</strong></span></p>
